A series of 5 workshops on Saturday once a month. Participants will be provided with recipes well before the class and will work along with me as I prepare a different themed meal.
September 12; Squash Gnocchi with Pesto, Quinoa Bowl, Pear "Charlotte" 2-4 pm
October 3: Stuffed Kabocha Squash, Coleslaw with Tahini Dressing, Pecan Pie 2-4 pm
November 7: Vegan Pho and Sweet Sticky Rice Balls in Ginger Sauce 10 am -12
